The professional liability claims process at CPA Mutual is unique to the insurance industry. When a claim is filed against a member firm, the Claims Team works with the member and hand-selected local defense counsel to assess potential liability and damages, ultimately achieving an appropriate resolution of the claim. They also assist in providing risk management assistance and pre-claim counseling. We try to stop a potential claim before it's filed thereby limiting your exposure. Our member firms can call the Claims Team with questions or concerns about issues before they become claims or even potential claims.
