Bill oversees the day-to-day operations of CPA Mutual, including underwriting and policy issuance, marketing, programs, policy questions (coverage issues), claims administration, board correspondence, personnel, reinsurance issues and contracts, actuarial issues, regulatory issues and EPL programs. Bill has been at the helm of CPA Mutual since 1993.
