Laura Bess

Laura joined CPA Mutual in March 2002. Previously, she had worked for several
years as a claims coordinator for CPA Mutual from 1998 to 2000, so Laura
is well acquainted with the needs of our clients. She received her health,
life and annuity license in 1995. She holds a bachelor's degree with dual
majors in business law and personnel, as well as a paralegal degree, from
Syracuse University.
